The Bill (Reg. No. 4778) determines the basic authorities of a specially authorized central executive body in charge of public health in the field of vaccinal prevention, and fixes the rights and obligations of the persons-legal representatives of children by the conduct of prophylactic immunization.
The Committee upholds the legislative initiative, as it aims at the enhancement of legal and social security of people in the field of vaccinal prevention, and reduction of lethal terminations rate and disablement of the population.
